To initiate a return, you must submit your request within 2 days of delivery. This is non-negotiable. Once approved, you will receive specific instructions, including the designated return address and a timeframe within which the item must be shipped back. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted. Additionally, order cancellations must be requested within 2 days of purchase—orders move fast, and so do we. If your cancellation request is not made within this window, your order is already in motion, and we cannot intervene.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, meaning all tags intact, original packaging secured, and no signs of wear. This is not just a formality—it is essential in maintaining the quality and value of each piece we distribute. If an item arrives in any condition other than how it was sent, we reserve the right to reject the return. Returns are only applicable to full-priced items—discounted pieces, promotional items, and anything marked final sale are strictly non-refundable.

In select cases, a restocking fee may apply to account for processing and logistics. This is not a penalty but a necessity. The amount varies based on the item and location, ensuring that the handling process remains as seamless as possible. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer—KVELL INTERNATIONAL does not provide return shipping labels. This ensures that our operational focus remains on delivering quality, not absorbing logistical inefficiencies.
