Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details. KVELL INTERNATIONAL is not liable for lost, delayed, or misrouted shipments due to incorrect addresses. Any additional costs for re-shipping, returning, or replacing an order will be charged to the customer.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
KVELL INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for failed delivery attempts. If a package is undeliverable, it may be held at a local service point and must be collected within the designated timeframe. If unclaimed, it will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.
